Riverrun is a pet-friendly community! $250 deposit per animal. Animal rent of $60 per month per animal. ESA and support animals are not subject to fees. No breed or weight restrictions. There is a maximum of two pets allowed.

Riverrun has a garage with a lower and upper level. Residents of this apartment are assigned one parking space per bedroom. Additional parking is typically available at an off-site lot for an additional fee. Riverrun Apartments is 2.7 miles from Downtown Burlington and Church Street Marketplace, which is about a 13-minute commute by car, 16-minute bike ride, or a 22-minute bus ride.

Riverrun Apartments include water, heat, hot water, gas, sewage, trash, recycling, and compost. Riverrun residents are responsible for electric and cable/wifi.

Riverrun Apartments does have a fitness center onsite on the first floor of the building, including a Peloton bike.
